Last year Caesar’s Entertainment purchased The Atlantic Club Casino-Hotel. This gave Caesar’s Entertainment six casinos based out of the east coast.

New Jersey State’s gambling revenue was at an all time low last year. Despite New Jersey’s move into Internet gambling, the casinos in Atlantic City have a lot of competition from the state of New York and Pennsylvania.
