Nice Weekday Casino with Relative Getaway

It has been a great week; my wife and I have been on vacation visiting our relatives. We do not get to see our brother and sister in law very often, they live very far away and it takes a lot of scheduling to make it out to see them.

Usually we visit them once and they visit our home the next time, over the winter they were over our house so it was our turn Originally we were going to take a plane but decided to drive as it was eight hours and we can switch driving and enjoy the Scenery and the casino in Pennsylvania.

Many people do not know how amazing the casinos are in Pennsylvania; they have excellent blackjack tables, awesome poker tournaments and some cool slot machines. After visiting the casino and having a few good American Cheeseburgers compliments of the house, we went online to search some other cool destinations on our way.

We ended up going straight to our relatives because they want to meet us for happy hour. There is a really cool American bar and grills near them. It is filled with friendly people and there is an Internet café next door.

We met up at happy our and had a few drinks, went to the Internet café and did a search for some of the best American online poker rooms. We felt like starting a new account with our relatives, they love to play poker and blackjack but are not very good.
We had a very fun night and slept in the next morning. The smell of American Ham and scrambled eggs woke me up, as I walked into the kitchen I saw my wife with her sister in law cooking us breakfast.

After we ate breakfast we played some blackjack online, it is not our favorite game but we figured that we would have a good time playing and go into the pool for a little while. We played however we did not win; when we were done we went into their nice indoor pool and had a few margaritas.

The weekday visit was nice and my wife and I are hosting a poker game tonight with some of our friends We want to clean up a bit and make some rooms available if our guest have too many American Beers and want to stay.

Weekend Getaway

The weekend was great; it was a very serene environment with good company. My wife was very happy as well as we do not get to see our relatives often enough. We had fun at the bars and shopping around town. They had asked which blogs we had been reading and we told them about the Victoria Coren Pokersite and the other articles she writes.

Our relatives never heard of Victoria Coren so we went online and showed them some of her material as well as videos of her playing poker at tournaments. They were impressed to say the least, and I found out something new as well.

It appears that Victoria Coren, Professional poker player has also been writing for GQ in the UK. IT seems that Victoria expanded her writing and is branching out further as an author. Our relatives really liked her writing, especially the article where she talks about the sexiest professions.

After we read some material online, we began to play blackjack online and moved along to slots. IT was a great time; we did not win any real money however we shared a nice bonding experience with our relatives.

On our ride back my wife was glued to her mobile phone as she has been frequenting the WinPalace Mobile Casino recently. Personally I would have rather had a nice conversation with her, but I think she was trying to make up for the real money she lost over the weekend.

She was playing poker on her mobile phone and did well. She won a little over a thousand dollars in a few hours but I was left bored driving home. I think that having an online casino on Mobile phone has some disadvantages such as leaving me bored on the drive home.
