There has been a lot of speculation in the online poker sites about the status of 888 Holdings. Today the monthly meeting took place in Las Vegas with The Nevada Gaming Commission, the topic that the Nevada Gaming Commission voted on was the Licensing of 888 Holdings PLC & Treasure Island.

Luckily for 888 Holdings, the Gaming commission voted in their favor with a total count of 5-0. Ultimately this means that the Gaming Board recommends and approves a series of licenses for 888 Holdings whom is a partner of Treasure Island.

The 888 Holdings and Treasure Island are the twentieth and twenty first licenses that have been approved. The word in the online poker sites is that 888 Holdings is already partners with Caesars Entertainment and they intend to implement a World Series Of Poker Site.
