There has been recent speculation about Pennsylvania becoming the next US state to legalize and regulate online gambling. Pennsylvania advertises their land casino on the television all over the tri state area. Now it seems that they are in the works of legalizing and regulating online gambling.

A total of twelve sponsors introduced a house bill, which is in favor of online gambling. The purpose of the Bill is to allow state casino owners to provide Internet poker and all casino games online to Pennsylvania state residents.
One of the rules we heard about on one of the best poker sites online is that the players have to be 21 years old.

However the owners of casinos in the state of Pennsylvania would be allowed to branch out to make connections with online gambling operators out of state. There was nothing specific about the rules and regulations regarding out of state.
