World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific – Phil Ivey & Daniel Negreanu

The World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific has been an action packed event so far. We have the best of the best competing and winning such as Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu who American Poker Directory spoke about a few days ago.

A very similar situation took place last night with the two champions but in the main event of the WSOP APAC. There were almost three hundred and ninety people who filled the room in this historic first ever event in Australia.

Negreanu had the bankroll in the room when the night ended which was due to the to a monster pot he won against Jim Collopy The online poker review sites have been speculating that Negreanu opened with a Preflop raise to six hundred seventy five from under the gun, and3 players called, including Collopy from the button.

Some of the other professional players who made it past Day 1 with healthy bankrolls were Mike Watson, Brandon Wong, Greg Merson, Erik Siedel, Ben Wilinofsky, Brandon Cantu, Barry Greenstein and Sam Trickett. Congratulations to all and we look forward to seeing your continued success.
